I’m really pleased with Phox Water. The refillable system is much more sustainable and reduces plastic waste, which is very important to me. Delivery is simple and convenient, and the filters last longer than standard ones.

I also appreciate their generous rewards programme and the fact that they deliver across Europe. It’s great to support a UK-made, eco-friendly alternative to traditional filter brands. Highly recommended.

Great customer service and products. An environmentally friendlier approach to water filters that cuts out as much single use plastic as possible. We live in a very hard water area and the filtered water stops the kettle from breaking due to limescale build up within weeks.

Extremely happy with the filter and its design

I am very pleased with the filter; it has an excellent design, and the glass jug is easy to clean. The fillers are compact and don't take up much space. Overall, I'm thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend it.

Awful customer service

I really like the product. It is a cost effective way to have filtered water and is much better for the environment. However, customer service is awful - I am on the subscription service to have a new filter sent every 45 days. The last one was tracked by Royal Mail 48 hour and was due to be delivered on the 31st of December.I have left it until after Christmas and New year and I have still not received the filter. I have sent two emails - one with a screen shot saying it has not been delivered - I have not received a reply to either e-mail.I have sat on the chat bot waiting to be connected to a real person (chat bot's recommendation) for 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) and I have now given up.I will give Phox another 24 hours to contact me and then cancel my subscription. I understand things do go wrong but I always judge a company on how they deal with issues and this is not acceptable.

getting water from phoxwater…

I've been getting water from phoxwater for quite a while now usually getting the 3month (clean) pack from Amazon, next delivery. I saw the offer for 12 month with a new jug, i was amazed how quick it came, i also changed water types to Alkaline water much better taste.
