Always excellent service. I love my Phox water filter, it does what it's supposed to and it does it good. My water taste clean and refreshing and my kettle looks cleaner for longer too. I only use water from my Phox jug for drinking, boiling and teas and coffees and I have been using it for th past 2 years or so. Very happy indeed.
