I live in a hard water area where the water is so full of chlorine, it's unpleasant to drink. I use the Phox Clean filter pack in my jug and the water now tastes delicious. As for the jug, the design is narrow enough to fit into my fridge door but also elegant enough to leave out of the worktop. Changing the filters is easy and all done without having to discard any plastic into the environment. The fact that the entire product is made in the UK is an added bonus.
