Despite having unsubscribed from the service last year, a monthly subscription was charged to my account on January 19, 2026, which should remain active until February 18, 2026. While I initially chose not to dispute the $19.99 monthly charge, I have now been charged for an annual subscription without my consent, occurring mid-way through the current monthly period.
All communication were not responded to.
Please, DO NOT put your payment card permanently on this platform. They will steal your money even when you do not extend your service with them.
I am currently working with my Bank to get my stolen fund back and a possible Lawsuit.
