Misleading charging tactics with no refund options.
there is a small toggle switch on the top that is turned on automatically on annually. Of course you don't see it because it has $11/ month in the center with big letters. when you realize you've been charged $143 is too late. they won't refund anything. you need to be very careful.
Be aware: Phrasly has a no refund policy. The have quick prompts for monthly or yearly subscription. I accidentally selected yearly rather than monthly and their CSR directed me to their non refundable policy.
