Received a palette of which 2 out of the 6 highlighters/blushes were broken. Called customer service and to my surprise they picked up after I e-mailed them without any response or confirmation. The lady on the phone told me to take a photo of the palette and send it to their e-mail, through which I could get a refund or a new palette. When I asked what their e-mail was, the lady said: "I'll check for you, hold on." So she puts me on wait for 5 minutes and then the call abruptly ended from their side?! I called 5(!) times after that to no avail. Products might be nice, but you're basically screwed if you need some sort of help at all. Unfortunately they didn't sell this palette at the drugstores near my place, otherwise I would have never ordered it online because of the horrible ratings on the service.
