Disappointing Experience in PIA Premium Economy Class. I recently flew with Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) in Premium Economy Class, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.The seat mechanism was faulty, and the recline function did not work at all. My seat remained completely upright for the entire 14-hour flight, which caused severe back pain that lasted for several days after the trip. Additionally, the seat pocket was torn from the base, so I couldn’t even place my belongings properly. The in-flight entertainment system was not working, and despite repeatedly informing the cabin crew, no solution was provided. What made the situation worse was that the staff seemed dismissive and even made fun of the issue instead of handling it professionally. For a class advertised as Premium Economy, the overall quality and service were extremely poor. I expected more comfort and reliability, especially given the higher fare. This experience has left me very disappointed and hesitant to travel with PIA again unless there are significant improvements in aircraft maintenance and customer service Standard. the high price didn’t match the poor service and facilities.
