PIA is the poorest Airline ever i travel with. Almost 45 mints Late, uncomfortable seats, very ruddy behaving from Staff. Yesterday i travel with pK234 4Feb 2026, there they took extra money at last counter, before they didn’t check, at the end they told me give us 300aed, only cash, even i pay they didn’t allow me to take my hand-carry to the aircraft.

My flight PK850 from Lahore to Jeddah, scheduled on 14 January at 15:10, was delayed continuously and eventually departed the next day, 15 January at around 09:30, resulting in a delay of more than 18 hours.Initially, PIA staff kept telling us that the aircraft had a technical fault and a part was coming from Karachi. Later, after repeated delays, around 11:00 pm we were told that the flight was cancelled due to weather conditions and would operate the next morning. This explanation was very hard to accept because flights were operating normally from Karachi airport at the same time.Throughout this long overnight delay at Lahore airport, the behavior and support from PIA ground staff was extremely disappointing. No food, no refreshments, and no hotel or rest arrangements were provided. When passengers asked about food or accommodation, staff simply responded that “we have no budget.”I was forced to spend the entire night inside the airport, without any assistance, and to make matters worse, I was in the state of Ihram, which made the situation physically and mentally very difficult.This level of neglect during such a long delay is unacceptable for a national airline. There was no clear communication, no care for passengers, and no sense of responsibility shown by the PIA staff.I expect PIA to take responsibility for this poor service and provide an explanation, a formal delay certificate, and appropriate compensation or goodwill for the hardship caused.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by PIA on my recent flight from Multan to Jeddah. Three of my bags were not sent on the flight, causing me significant inconvenience and stress. These bags contained time-sensitive items that I urgently need, and the delay has disrupted important plans.What’s even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and assistance from the airline staff. Passengers trust the airline to handle their belongings responsibly, and this experience has been far below acceptable standards.I urgently request PIA to locate and deliver my bags at the earliest possible time. This situation has caused unnecessary hardship, and I expect a prompt resolution along with improved baggage handling practices in the future.

PK0783 I never anticipated a trip could be better, but the experience was truly five-star.I had a similarly excellent experience traveling with PIA back in 2019, and this most recent journey reaffirmed my positive impression. I was particularly impressed by the sincere hospitality and accommodating nature of the cabin crew in Business Class. I am giving this review while waiting in waiting area as my flight from karachi to skardu has been cancelled and not because of weather as flight from isl is going and as i confirmed from pia staff its not because of weather. Now i booked expensive flight which costed me almost doubled due to direct flight and when i came to airport then i came to know about it. Now i my hotel is missed. I have to stay in a hotel in isl and dont know what tp say. Worst flight in my opinion.
Disappointing Experience in PIA Premium Economy Class. I recently flew with Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) in Premium Economy Class, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.The seat mechanism was faulty, and the recline function did not work at all. My seat remained completely upright for the entire 14-hour flight, which caused severe back pain that lasted for several days after the trip. Additionally, the seat pocket was torn from the base, so I couldn’t even place my belongings properly. The in-flight entertainment system was not working, and despite repeatedly informing the cabin crew, no solution was provided. What made the situation worse was that the staff seemed dismissive and even made fun of the issue instead of handling it professionally. For a class advertised as Premium Economy, the overall quality and service were extremely poor. I expected more comfort and reliability, especially given the higher fare. This experience has left me very disappointed and hesitant to travel with PIA again unless there are significant improvements in aircraft maintenance and customer service Standard. the high price didn’t match the poor service and facilities.
PIA is by far the most disastrous airline ever, I am absolutely appalled by PIA. I am born and raised in Pakistan and have travelled through PIA a couple of times from Toronto to Lahore and Islamabad and they have always created messy issues with the flights and their timings. My family's flight recently was canceled without any notice, which was supposed to depart on 21st October, 2025 from YYZ and on top of that they decided on their own to to reschedule it for November 6, after a crucial family wedding we were supposed to attend on October 23. My mother has recently undergone a heart transplant, and despite having travel insurance, the dates that are mentioned on the paperwork, it is just so hard to deal all of that again. PIA shows not a shred of concern for her health or safety. The airline does not call, does not inform, and treats customers like absolute trash. There is no accountability, no empathy, and no respect for passengers who have already paid for a service. They keep on cancelling flights and book them as if people are going to be following their rules only, and people got no life. PIA has demonstrated total negligence, complete disregard for customer wellbeing, and shocking incompetence. If you value your time, health, or peace of mind, stay far away from PIA — they are unfit to operate and incapable of providing basic customer care.
