This airline hasn't improved over the years despite complaining about the lack of service every time I fly with them. The service is abysmal, the food is deteriorating in quantity and quality, and the in-flight comfort is really bad. PIA should be ashamed at how they treat their passengers. Recently, I was on a flight from ISB-LHR and there was a delay for 6 hrs due to a technical glitch. It took the crew 2 hours to decide what to do. They made the passengers - including many crying infants and elderly people - wait in the baking hot plane before sense finally prevailed and they let us disembark into the terminal.
