I spent a significant amount of time typing out the details of my issue, only to receive error messages every time I tried to hit send.**Summary of issues:**- **Inflexible Account Type:** The account is classified as "non-transactional," making it useless for direct bill payments or tuition services.- **Unreliable Support:** The in-app complaint system is broken and crashes when you try to report an issue.- **Financial Loss:** Their lack of transparency regarding ACH restrictions led directly to a $30 penalty from my school.I would caution anyone planning to use this account for anything other than "stashing and forgetting" money to look elsewhere.
