I opened an account with the company due to an appealing interest rate. Transferring money into my account was simple with the available software. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, I found out that I had to re-enter all my banking information to send myself a wire transfer. Additionally, my bank charges a fee for incoming wire transfers, so I would lose money just to get my own funds back! I've now closed my account and will never do business with this institution again.
