This is by far the least user-friendly banking service and app I've encountered. The app is stuck in a loop of "user session expired" while sending a new verification code. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive the same message, and it sends another code, endlessly. I can't access my funds and need to withdraw them before this service collapses completely.
