Since opening my account in January 2025, I've faced numerous challenges. Customer service is hard to reach by phone (over 30 minutes wait), and there’s no chat option available. I've been trying for the last two weeks to withdraw my funds without success. Today, I filed a complaint with the relevant authorities after consulting with another regulatory body. I hope to eventually recover my funds and see this service shut down.
