This service lacks a proper website and relies solely on a very basic mobile app. They only permit money transfers into the account, with no option to transfer money out! I attempted to link my external bank account as advised, but encountered errors. The external bank informed me that due to this service not allowing outgoing transfers, linking is impossible. I wish I had known this before initiating a large transfer. This is the most untrustworthy banking experience I've ever had, having dealt with multiple other banks and credit unions.
