I opened an account with the company because of their attractive interest rate, and transferring money in was easy using the provided software. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, I had to re-enter all my banking details for a wire transfer. To make matters worse, my bank charges for incoming wire transfers, meaning I would lose money just to access my own funds! I've chosen to close my account and will not engage with this service again.
