The customer experience is poor, and there are no renewal reminders. Like many others have noted, the renewal fee is taken automatically without any warning. An email reminder is standard practice for reputable companies. When I brought this up, they simply stated they weren't doing anything illegal. When I requested a refund, they refused to give a full refund, only offering 50% back as a 'goodwill gesture'. This still punishes loyal customers for not checking dates manually each year. While it may technically align with their policy, it's neither consumer-friendly nor reasonable. My respect for this brand has vanished after just one email exchange.
