DO NOT BOOK ANY OF THESE HOTELS unless u want to be messed about ! Family of 5 being messed about ! We booked a family room been given two rooms one in one side of the hotel and other on other side of hotel ! When u try question them an get them to sort problem out apparently it’s our fault for not telling them we need a family room when clearly our booking states family room and we are a family of 3 children and 2 adults !! Utter disgrace ! 0 customer service 0 help ! Nothing but headach living out a suitcase and wondering when we will be moved to rooms at least next door to each other !
