We stayed at a fantastic resort in Hurghada in December 2025, and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff were brilliant, especially at the lobby bar, where they made my partner's tea whenever he wanted. The lobby staff were outstanding, and we enjoyed our holiday so much that we’ve already booked again for December 2026. Thank you for such a lovely experience! 😘

I am deeply disappointed by the service I received regarding a medical emergency involving my father. Despite providing all necessary documentation and notifying the hotel in advance, they refused to accommodate my request for a refund or date change. Attempts by my booking partners to communicate with the hotel were ignored. Other hotels were understanding, but this one was not. This experience has made it difficult for me to recommend them, and I expected a more responsible handling of such situations.

After booking rooms with the condition of no prepayment, I encountered issues where the hotel attempted to charge my card prematurely. When I contacted customer service, they assured me that such actions were not permitted. However, the hotel insisted on placing holds on my card, which was frustrating. This is not the standard I expected, and I advise caution when booking here to avoid similar issues.
My husband and I stayed at a resort and, within 24 hours, both fell severely ill with food poisoning, ruining our holiday. I required medical attention during our stay, and my husband also suffered greatly. While the hotel staff were excellent, it’s clear we contracted a bug there. Even after returning home, my husband is still unwell. I witnessed others experiencing similar issues, raising concerns about food safety.

My best friend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the cleanliness of the premises, everything was perfect. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist us. With plenty of swimming pools and diverse food options, including delicious homemade pizza, we had a fantastic experience. The spa services, particularly the full-body massage, were exceptional thanks to the attentive staff. We had a lovely holiday and plan to return next year!
