If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. I visited their website and placed two orders, spending $63.80 on 11/28/2025. When I checked back on 12/3/25 for a contact number, the only option was to chat, where I was asked to pay $5.00. After that payment, I received a message from a representative asking for $89 to talk to them. This is clearly a scam, and I intend to report them to the relevant authorities, as my email with the necessary details has not led to any resolution.
