Extremely Frustrating Experience

I would give them a negative rating if possible. I placed two orders through their website, spending $63.80 on 11/28/2025. When I returned on 12/3/25 to find a contact number, I discovered the only option was to chat. After paying $5.00 for that, I received a message from a representative asking for $89 just to talk. This feels like a scam, and I am filing a complaint with the relevant authorities because even after providing all necessary details via email, they claim they cannot locate my order.

This service is a fraud

If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. I visited their website and placed two orders, spending $63.80 on 11/28/2025. When I checked back on 12/3/25 for a contact number, the only option was to chat, where I was asked to pay $5.00. After that payment, I received a message from a representative asking for $89 to talk to them. This is clearly a scam, and I intend to report them to the relevant authorities, as my email with the necessary details has not led to any resolution.
