It has now been over a week since I've repeatedly requested to have my account closed. I have gotten ZERO replies about it through their help chat on telegram, zero emails, nothing. They do not care about responsible gaming, they are a predatory and corrupt website that purposefully ignores requests to leave their site because they know they will make more off them.
It has been over a month of me trying to close my account and with no email and no response from them on telegram or Facebook menssanger, I'm not sure they do not care about their customers. If you don't mind no limits and no way to close the account, go ahead, they offer fun games, have quick deposit and withdrawl, but they do not have any sort of responsible gaming options AT ALL. I have asked them to close my account 20 times and I just get no response at all.
