I was charged 49.90 € by picmuse.co without knowingly entering into a paid subscription. I did not intentionally authorize this payment.

When I contacted customer service, I was first offered only a 50% refund. A full refund was only considered after I insisted and initiated a chargeback with my bank.

The communication felt like an attempt to delay the process and discourage me from contacting my bank.
