I was charged 49.90 € by picmuse.co without knowingly entering into a paid subscription. I did not intentionally authorize this payment.

When I contacted customer service, I was first offered only a 50% refund. A full refund was only considered after I insisted and initiated a chargeback with my bank.

The communication felt like an attempt to delay the process and discourage me from contacting my bank.

Be cautious when entering payment details on this website and monitor your statements carefully.

Avoid these fraudulent services.

Please be cautious of these scammers. I paid 10p to improve an old photograph, but the quality was very poor. The next day, I was charged £49.90 for a monthly subscription. Fortunately, I was able to dispute the charge through PayPal and received a full refund. There are much better AI image enhancement options available that won't cost you £600 a year.

I attempted to enhance a photo using AI and paid €0.10. The next day, I noticed a charge of €49.90. When I asked for a refund, I was told it wasn't possible and that I had knowingly subscribed to a pro plan, which is false. This is clearly a scam.
