I was charged €49.90 after making a €0.10 purchase, without any clear or explicit indication that I was subscribing to a recurring plan.
The subscription was not presented in a transparent way, and I did not knowingly agree to any ongoing charges. This kind of practice feels misleading and not acceptable.
I have contacted customer support multiple times and received no response so far.
