I was charged €49.90 by Pictoart without my authorization. I did not purchase anything, I did not agree to any service, yet they still took the money. I requested an immediate refund and received no response. This feels like a complete scam. If they do not return my money, I will file a formal dispute with my bank and report it to the proper authorities. I absolutely do not recommend trusting this website.
