I've been a customer for several years and always believed in the quality of their products. However, recently they have failed to deliver within a reasonable timeframe. Their website's processing times are grossly inaccurate. I placed an order on December 11, expecting it to ship by the 19th, but there was no update by then. When I contacted them, I received generic responses, and they informed me that they were still processing older orders, leaving me without a clear timeline. They offered no compensation for their delays. This poor customer service has led me to decide to take my business elsewhere.
