I would caution everyone ordering through Pictorem. One star is even to much or a positive review for this company. I have been a pro user with their company for years and have printed 100's of prints. I noticed a decline in quality and customer service about 2 years ago and struggled through my orders. I have now officially chosen to take my business elsewhere since my last experience. An order that has sat in production close to 3 months and weekly emails to them to get an explanation or any care to escalate the order or issue. Just the same customer service reply for 2.5 months. "we will notify you when it ships". I asked to escalate it to management and that has not happened. I would be embarrassed if I was an owner of a company with this type of experience and not getting involved and handling this with care. Trust me when I say, take your business elsewhere, this company has gone down hill quickly.

The frames were well packaged and shipped quickly, and I would definitely order again. One suggestion for future orders would be to label each frame. I had a large order with several frames that were quite similar in size and style, which made identifying them a bit time-consuming. Overall, the quality was excellent, the ordering instructions were clear, and the frames fit my artwork perfectly.

When I called, they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. I feel deceived as I ordered well in advance to ensure timely arrival.

When I contacted them, I received generic responses, and they informed me that they were still processing older orders, leaving me without a clear timeline. They offered no compensation for their delays. This poor customer service has led me to decide to take my business elsewhere.
The acrylic prints and metal items I ordered were made exactly to specifications, with excellent customer service throughout. Unfortunately, the shipping box arrived damaged—open on both ends with a large tear—but thankfully the frames themselves were unharmed. While everything arrived safely this time, improving the packaging could help mitigate shipping issues in the future.
I ordered a gift for my wife on November 19, expecting it to arrive for Christmas. They processed my payment immediately but failed to provide any delivery estimate. After two weeks without a response to my inquiries, I finally received a call stating my order wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. Instead of reaching out to inform me, they canceled my order. I will not do business with such a disrespectful service.
