Shipping estimates were not respected, and I have no ETA for my prints ordered in mid-November. I placed an order expecting delivery by the end of November, but I still haven't received them. When I called, they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. I feel deceived as I ordered well in advance to ensure timely arrival.
