The support experience was extremely disappointing. They ask you to "stay online and we will be with you shortly," but after 25 minutes, you find that this is untrue. After repeatedly prompting the chatbot, it claims to have forwarded your request to the support team, assuring you they will reach out. All I wanted was to update my email address, and they insisted I must transfer all my projects and create a new account. Really? That's absurd. I then decided to cancel my subscription and request a refund of $216 for the remaining 9 months of my 12-month plan. They refuse to accommodate that. Once they have your money, it's essentially lost. What kind of policy is this? If a customer no longer wishes to use the service, why should they still be charged? Such practices suggest they are struggling for revenue because the service is lacking. Avoid this and proceed with caution.
