Again I called on 2/16/2-26, talked to Shine Escalon in customer service (THAT IS A JOKE!!!!!) TO CANCELED, she asked for a request for payroll change, to which I responded "0" income reported!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you need time, yes I record every conversation as YOU ALL DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pie Insurance is NOT "Insurance as easy as Pie" per your recording. As a paying customer of 4 years I would expect better customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
