Due to unjust charges imposed on my account, I am now taking the company to small claims court. I strongly encourage others to consider this action as well; filing a claim costs £35. I expect these proceedings to start in January. More information is available on the government website about submitting a claim. Please be aware that reviews can be easily faked on certain platforms, so be cautious of the five-star ratings for this company, which has none on other review sites known for robust verification.
