To this day, the service has not provided: • Any specific written rule that was violated
• Any particular clause or rule number from the published Terms & Conditions
• Any clear trade examples indicating a breach
• Any proof that my trading exceeded stated daily loss or maximum drawdown limits Instead, the reasons for account termination relied on vague terms such as “internal thresholds,” “overall assessment,” and “internal compliance systems.” These criteria were not disclosed before purchase and are not included in the agreed contractual rules. It is especially troubling that:
• Profitability seems to trigger account closures
• Undisclosed criteria are applied retroactively
• Profits are withheld without contractual justification
• Clients lack due process and transparency This behavior strongly suggests a business model where accounts are marketed as funded trading opportunities, but profitable traders are systematically removed to prevent payouts. Such practices are misleading, unethical, and contrary to basic standards of fair commercial conduct. Based on my experience, I must conclude that the service shows insufficient professional standards and engages in practices that could be seen as deceptive toward clients. I strongly recommend potential clients to exercise extreme caution and carefully evaluate whether engaging with this service exposes them to undue financial risk. This assessment is made truthfully, in good faith, and based solely on documented correspondence, trading records, and the service’s own published rules.
