I wanted to sign up for a trial, but before I knew it, they charged me £11.99 and then £49.99 on my card. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't exit the app without these unexpected charges. I attempted to cancel immediately, which was a very challenging process. Now, I'm receiving numerous emails that don't resolve my issue. There's no way to start a refund process. Extremely disappointing.
