This company is an evil company, total SCAMMERS! I was caught in their auto renew for £47.99. I wasnt even using the app. There was no warning, no email to say its going to renew, reputable companies will send you a warning courtesy email. If I had missed that then my bad. I only noticed it cos I saw it on my bank app. Emailed them straightaway and they just kept on throwing their 'policy' in my face. Before they did that, they offered me £1 per month plan. So I asked if I change to that, will they refund my £47.99 and just charge £1 per month? Ha! They said NO.
EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE IF THIS CON COMPANY, THEY ALSO USED A DIFFERENT EMAIL TO WRITE ME, PROBABLY ANOTHER SCAM! MADMUSCLES IS THE OTHER NAME.

Good luck trying to get a refund for that unintentional charge! They refuse to return your money, even if you promptly inform them via email that it was a mistake and that you didn't want the extra plan. They are quite deceitful and untrustworthy! I strongly advise against visiting their website!

I wanted to sign up for a trial, but before I knew it, they charged me £11.99 and then £49.99 on my card. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't exit the app without these unexpected charges. I attempted to cancel immediately, which was a very challenging process. Now, I'm receiving numerous emails that don't resolve my issue. There's no way to start a refund process. Extremely disappointing.

Avoid signing up for anything unless you're prepared to use it monthly - you must go to the platform and cancel after your trial or they will start charging you.
Avoid signing up for this! It seems like a good deal for pre-recorded content, but it's extremely costly after the first month. They constantly try to upsell. There's no encouragement at all. When you try to cancel, they bombard you with legal language and insist on charging you an additional £50 for a month you don't want. Stay away from this service!
There's a decent variety of workouts, and most are gentle on the joints. I typically do a session before bed, and it helps me relax. The only thing I'd adjust is the pacing in a few videos—sometimes the instructor speaks a bit too quickly for me.
