This company is an evil company, total SCAMMERS! I was caught in their auto renew for £47.99. I wasnt even using the app. There was no warning, no email to say its going to renew, reputable companies will send you a warning courtesy email. If I had missed that then my bad. I only noticed it cos I saw it on my bank app. Emailed them straightaway and they just kept on throwing their 'policy' in my face. Before they did that, they offered me £1 per month plan. So I asked if I change to that, will they refund my £47.99 and just charge £1 per month? Ha! They said NO.
EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE IF THIS CON COMPANY, THEY ALSO USED A DIFFERENT EMAIL TO WRITE ME, PROBABLY ANOTHER SCAM! MADMUSCLES IS THE OTHER NAME.
