I love the videos which really help me to target the areas I need to work on as well as the monthly challenges to keep me motivated. Well explained and demonstrated moves, often with different levels to fit where I'm working now, which go at a pace I can easily keep up with. There are also live sessions twice a week. I haven't made it to a live session online but joined in with one at The Running Show a few years ago. A great, supportive community feel and well worth the subscription.
