Would thoroughly recommend this app to runners at any stage (and I frequently do!). Liz seems to have a knack for finding muscles I didn’t even know existed. Then she makes them stronger so I can keep running injury-free. The sheer amount of content in the App is mind boggling but easy to navigate, so you can free-style your sessions or use any of the structured programs. Then you can dip into the community for encouragement or queries. This is absolutely worth every penny. You won’t regret it.
