This is a brilliant initiative - Liz is a fabulous instructor who offers various levels for each exercise but will push you to achieve your best. The Running for Pilates offering suits me so well as I love being able to attend the classes live and ask any questions I might have before, during and after the class. But then I can also catch up on any session I might have missed and redo the sessions as often as I like. Plus Liz's website offers so many options, all of which can be filtered so you can choose exactly the type of workout that you fancy at any given time, from a 10 minute quick hit to a full hour's class.In fact, I love Liz's classes so much that when I recently changed jobs, I arranged my hours specifically so that I'd be able to join the Monday class!I also love the various payment options and having tried the classes for a few weeks, switched to the annual payment option, which is such amazingly good value and gives huge flexibility.
