I have been using Liz's app for almost 2 years now, having initially come across her free content online. The free content is great, but accessing the app and the Pilates for Runners community has taken the experience to the next level. The live sessions each week are fantastic, and Liz always asks participants to let her know if there are particular areas they would like her to give more time to. Liz often asks for feedback and uses this to make sure that her offer suits the needs of users. I think this offers brilliant value for money and have recommended Pilates for Runners to many running (and non-running) friends. I should add that Liz's presentation style is relaxed, with some humour, whilst also explaining why the exercises you are doing will support your running.
