Laura, customer support sent me a copy/paste reply to my email to cancel my order that was placed within minutes of ordering. I replied to the canned response with “Yes, please cancel.” I received a same day reply of “oh darn, the pillow case already shipped”. Lies. I called out Laura and she said she was not lying, however, the CJ Packet tracking info is time stamped to the second. At last, she replies and offers a 15% discount to apply immediately to my purchase. Spoiler alert: the 15% has not been applied. I still don’t have my products.
