When I first got the pillow my sleeps improved. But now that I’ve slept with it for a couple weeks, my neck is very sore. It’s at a point that I’m thinking on going back to my old pillow.
So far, everything is going well; I've experienced no more neck pain in the mornings. My partner and I find it very comfortable. We liked the pillows so much that I ordered two for my daughter and son-in-law, and they both appreciate the comfort. Although my son-in-law is a heavy snorer, there hasn't been any change.
This company is nothing but a scam. They are highly unethical and dishonest, offering a very low-quality product. They exploit celebrities without consent. Please don’t make the same mistake we did; they will take your money like thieves. Customer service is unresponsive, and they refuse to issue refunds, offering only 25% off in-store credit as a ploy to take more of your money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SERVICE.
For months, I struggled with sleepless nights, often waking up at 3am and unable to fall back asleep. However, after using this pillow for the last three nights, my sleep has significantly improved! I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel after several weeks of restful sleep.
The service effectively communicated about the shipment. I was pleasantly surprised that I could use the pillow despite being a stomach sleeper. It has encouraged me to sleep on my back, which is important due to a pinched nerve in my neck. Although I've only had the pillow for a brief period, it appears to be alleviating my neck pain.
I bought a pair of these pillows during a special promotion, hoping my husband and I would enjoy them. I also got a set of pillowcases since I prefer not to sleep on bare pillows due to the extra cleaning hassle. I only unboxed one pillow and one pillowcase to test them out. The pillowcase was just like the fitted cover that snaps onto the pillow, which I didn’t realize was their definition of a pillowcase, so I’ll be returning those. I’ve been using the pillow for over a month. After a car accident five years ago, I've had neck pain and was using a chiropractic pillow since then. As a side and back sleeper, finding a comfortable position with just one pillow was challenging, but I managed with my old pillow. With the new pillow, side sleeping has been a breeze, keeping my arm in a comfortable position and relieving shoulder pressure. However, when I sleep on my back, the pillow tends to tilt my head forward rather than keeping it neutral. To compensate, I raise my arms over my head on the pillow, but that’s not sustainable, leading me to revert to my old chiropractic pillow. My husband tried the pillow too and didn't find it suitable, so I’ll be returning the pillowcases and the second pillow, which is still in its packaging. I wish there were clear instructions or photos showing how to position the head and arms for back, side, and stomach sleeping, rather than relying on trial and error, both on the website and included with the pillow.
I purchased this pillow about a month ago to help with my severe sleep apnea and my struggles with the CPAP. Initially, I found it a bit firm against my head, likely due to the CPAP strap, but after a few nights, it has become more comfortable. I've noticed I can stay on my back longer without tossing and turning, and I'm managing to get a solid 5 hours with my mask on. My partner has also mentioned that even when I do remove the mask, I’m not snoring nearly as much.
After undergoing two neck surgeries over the years, finding a comfortable pillow has been a challenge. This pillow designed for side sleepers is absolutely fantastic! I’ve never experienced such comfort at night. However, I do wish a pillow cover was included with the purchase, as the separate cost feels too high and makes me hesitant to order this pillow again.
The purchase and delivery process was smooth and prompt. The pillow is fantastic for me, providing great support for my neck. However, I realized that a regular pillowcase doesn't fit as well as a fitted one, so I'll need to get one. I also bought one for my son, who snores loudly. He finds it very comfortable, but unfortunately, he is still snoring.
