I was seriously considering buying one of these pillows after seeing ads on Facebook that seemed to endorse this product. But when I went to these content creators' TikTok pages and found the original videos, they were endorsing other cervical pillows. I don't appreciate that this company is essentially stealing videos and promotions paid for by other companies to advertise their product instead. It feels very dishonest, and it leaves me feeling uncomfortable about dealing with this company.
