Didn’t sleep at all the first night, far from being the best nights sleep, it was a night of no sleep. I thought I would persevere with it but it got no better. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN THE ADVERTISING, THEY HORRIBLE AND BADLY MADE TOO. Far from aiding neck and shoulder problems, it causes them. Please don’t waste you money, also returning them is next to impossible, they must do their own reviews because there is no way they get a 4 out of 5, not in this world.
