I'm absolutely in love with this throw. The color is stunning and exactly what I wanted. The support team deserves special recognition for their outstanding service. My order was lost during transit in December, but after reaching out in early January, they quickly followed up with me, providing fast and helpful communication. They sent a replacement upon my request (they also offered a refund if I preferred) and it arrived yesterday.
