I recently visited a store in search of a superking throw for our bed. I was in a hurry as I was styling our home for sale and had many other items to find. After wandering for 5 minutes, I asked for help. A staff member was busy arranging Christmas items and pointed me towards the back of the store without much engagement. I understand she had her tasks, but I would have appreciated more interest and assistance in finding suitable options. Even a smile would have been nice. I did find what I needed, spending over $100, but I lacked time to search for additional items. A constructive suggestion: staff should engage more with customers rather than just point in the general direction. A little friendliness goes a long way.
