I bought 4 dining chairs from you and insured I could return them for a full refund. Upon returning them, I,discovered your assistant according to your store policy refused to refund MY money to my card because my card had been replaced it was not the same NUMBERS. It did not matter to your assistant that it was going into the same bank. She told me it was the Law! she was lying!!! STOP TELLING YOUR STAFF TO LIEIt is just another archaic store policy. She did try to hand me a gift voucher for $400 for Shop after her lies and attitude and my experience - I will never shop there again. To actuually expect people to have the same card and it Never be replaced is ridiculous - pay refunds in cash like other big retailers. Pillow talk obviously dont value my hard earned money.
