Receiving epilepsy and heart medication at 8.30pm the day before they are due to be taken is both unacceptable and stressful. PillTime had the prescription 2 weeks ahead of the due date. Their policy is that medication is delivered 5 days before the due date. I contacted them multiple times in the 5 days before the due date and was told "it will arrive in time" by some staff, and another said, I may need to get an emergency prescription from the doctor because it may not arrive in time. Totally unreliable.
