I ordered Mounjaro from them. No communication was attempted to tell me what further information they required even though they took my money. 7 days later I’m still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Absolutely terrible communication and they need to assess how their operations of how they are going to provide this service. Absolutely terrible. Stay away
I have been using PillTime for a while now and I can honestly say that the service has been very good and reliable. I receive notifications on when it is time to order my new batch and they are very punctual on delivery too.
I got my mounjaro meds from PillTime after another pharmacy started messing me around. Pilltime were very helpful and kept me updated. One snag thought was they gave me two different dates saying my meds had been posted. Royal mail tracking said both time nothing received and then the meds turned up, with tracking still saying it had not been collected. Other than that I found PillTime to be a good mounjaro provider. Their photo confirmation was simple unlike some others that want live video via unknown websites!
Receiving epilepsy and heart medication at 8.30pm the day before they are due to be taken is both unacceptable and stressful. PillTime had the prescription 2 weeks ahead of the due date. Their policy is that medication is delivered 5 days before the due date. I contacted them multiple times in the 5 days before the due date and was told "it will arrive in time" by some staff, and another said, I may need to get an emergency prescription from the doctor because it may not arrive in time. Totally unreliable.
While the costs are somewhat high and some pharmacies offer free or low-cost pill packing, this service has truly delivered and surpassed my expectations. My trust in the company is at an all-time high. The pills arrived promptly, and the packaging is of excellent quality, making it much easier for me to manage than traditional pill boxes. The investment is justified, especially since I paid under £7 a month with a yearly subscription for £75.
Once again Pilltime have let me down. They can't provide my heart failure pills this month because of some IT problem with NHS prescriptions. They said yesterday they would release the prescription so I can get them froma local pharmacy, a one hour round trip. Just got back and the prescriptions have not been released and I ran out of pills yesterday.
I have been using PillTime for probably just over a year now, principally because of their blister pack arrangements. I have had far too many issues with deliveries and orders being disrupted.I’ve really struggled with finding anyone in their customer service division who takes a responsibility or ownership of those challenges and subsequently have little confidence in their ability to improve these service deficiencies. Generic customer service email addresses and call centre provision, all too common place in today’s markets leading to poor service
Worst customer service, these people do not know the meaning of customer service. called them couple of times, emailed 3-4 times and last resource tried chat as well ... in chat Tracey asked me all the details and when I provided she said send an email to so and so email... I said already did 3-4 times then she said sorry cant help as I dont work in that team, all I can advise is email them again ... I mean seriously is this what we are paying these jokers for ?? I have the screenshot of that ridiculous chat I can attach but there is no option to attach the picture !! Update: I provided my account email and name and still no update. Sent an email to Complaint department but its all bullshit looks like email goes to same mailbox and these guys dont care!
If I could give 0 stars I would !. I went with PillTime because they pouched my medication which is what I needed as I travel the world on business and it was great to begin with, however it soon deteriorated rapidly with missing medication, and for the last three deliveries they have pouched 2 of my tablets but sent the remaining tablets in boxes ! Trying to contact them to talk to is an absolute joke. I will be cancelling them and would recommend that you do not use them and find another provider.
Absolutely terrible experience with PillTime.co.uk.Their support is disorganised, unresponsive, and consistently unreliable. They have twice delivered my medication to old addresses, even after confirming the correct one and promising to fix the issue. Each time they pushed the responsibility back to me, asking me to re-order everything through my GP.Only once did they manage to deliver to the correct address. The pouch packaging is convenient, but it does not make up for the chaotic service, broken promises, and lack of accountability.Extremely disappointed. I will be avoiding this company going forward.
