Stay away from this courier service at all costs. I have mobility issues and cannot get to my door quickly or access a post office. They insist on requiring a signature, completely disregarding the challenges faced by disabled individuals. I have a legal agreement with another postal service that allows me to bypass this requirement. It’s frustrating that they lack understanding and compassion for those with disabilities. I’ve instructed my pharmacy to stop using them. Beware!
