Even after numerous visits, the job remained incomplete, as the countertop did not fit properly with the hob and required additional adjustments. The disruption to my home and work life was severe. I had to take several days off work to accommodate repeated remedial visits and spent countless hours seeking responses, drafting emails, and trying to reach management. Customer service was horrendous. Despite numerous requests and promises for callbacks, I waited over eight weeks for any contact from management. Communication was incredibly poor, inconsistent, and dismissive throughout, adding more stress to an already intolerable situation. Legal action was necessary, which should never have been the case. This ordeal caused immense stress, wasted time, and disruption to my home.
